Attachment Explorer is designed with user-friendly in mind. Attachment Explorer is a Outlook 2007 add-on, as such, you need to have Outlook 2007 open to access the tool. Once installed, you can access Attachment Explorer tool by "HyBing" menu under your Outlook.
