If Report Genie is running, but Excel file is not generated at the end, the most possible reason is that you have older Microsoft Offices installed. Because the Genie uses Excel libraries to generate Excel files, it is required to have Office 2003 and up to run properly.

Starting version 1.2, You can set the format to XML Spreadsheet, which does not require Microsoft Excel Library.<br><br>Post edited by: admin, at: 2007/07/04 07:26
