Scheduled Reports are not emailed sometimes 3 Years, 1 Month ago  
Sometimes when a user has scheduld a report to run in early mornings and find out when they come back the second morning, they have to click the Report Genie titlebar to continue the emailing portion.

This issue is related to Outlook Profile settings.It happens to some users when they shutdown the Outlook and schedule Report Genie to run.

A simple resolution is to leave the Outlook running.
