Work Experience

Product Manager, Kinaxis, (01/2022 to 09/2023)

  • Directed key security initiatives for Kinaxis' supply chain planning solution, such as E2E data-in-transit encryption, Web Application Firewall, and BYOK (Bring your own key). Collected requirements; arranged Proof-of-Concept pilots, and steered the solutions to support on-premises, SaaS, and public cloud (Azure and GCP) customers with deployment automation.
  • Developed IAM (Identity and Access Management) roadmap. Spearheaded the project to move the existing solutions to a SaaS offering with a unified approach across multiple systems. Improved customer satisfaction and reduced support costs by empowering customer admins with self-service tools. Reduced the security risk by unifying IAM approach with appropriate vendor solutions.
  • Wrote and championed the Platform Standards and Guidelines document, gained approval from senior leadership, and advocated its adoption across development and operation teams.

Product Management Consultant, Dell, (03/2021 to 01/2022)

  • Executed the initiative to refactor the existing IAM solution for dell.com into multiple microservices with a smooth migration of millions of users. Played a key role in defining business domain models and bounded contexts, prioritizing features, authoring API specifications and interfaces, conducting acceptance tests, improving CI/CD pipelines, and coordinating the changes with UX teams.
  • Collaborated with IAM product owners across different divisions of Dell on a federated IAM architecture, ensuring a seamless user experience for both retail and enterprise users. Formulated the product roadmap and feature matrix, and fostered alignment and support from both internal and external stakeholders.

Senior Product Manager, SAP Concur, (05/2017 to 03/2021)

  • Managed in-house IAM solution with multiple dependencies and many client customizations. Drive new features to enable innovations in business travel and expense space. Translate and align business requirements into clearly defined product specifications and delivery schedules. Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive communications and resolve conflicts.
  • Led the re-architect effort to decouple identity systems from a monolithic application by prioritizing features, managing dependencies, and defining/executing migration plans. Transformed the system into microservices with APIs and Events, using Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, and Amazon Kinesis.
  • Supported more than 120+ million enterprise users; Managed customer issues and escalations. Oversaw the design and implementation of GDPR through active coordination with 70+ functional teams.

API Product Manager for AT&T, Kforce, (06/2014 to 04/2017)

  • Created/managed/prioritized user stories and sprint activities. Coordinated with UX designers and technical writers and fine-tuned the developer onboarding experience on the AT&T Developer portal, with optimized consent flow and Swagger UI. Collaborated with architects on solution design, reviewed technical details, and approved API specifications and interface documents.
  • Successfully launched multiple APIs for AT&T from start to finish, including In-app Messaging, Softphone, Voice Biometrics, Near Real-Time Communication, and RCS (Rich Communication Services). Ensured on-time and in-budget delivery of innovative APIs to AT&T internal teams, OEM partners, and 3rd party developers. Instrumental in making In-App Messaging API the most widely used API through the AT&T Developer program.

Senior Product Manager, G2 Web Services, (03/2011 to 06/2014)

  • Developed SaaS solutions to crawl and monitor merchants' websites for content and security compliance on behalf of financial and payment institutes, using Elastic Search and text analytics. Led the major re-architecture and modernization effort to massively improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our monitoring capabilities.
  • Built a highly scalable and feature-rich platform to monitor 10+ million merchant websites every month for illegal or unethical merchandise, across the globe. Optimized merchant PCI risk analysis solution, using machine learning technologies. Reduced the manual work by more than 70%.
  • Participated in Interpol's Operation Pangea VI, targeting the illegal online sale of counterfeit goods, unlicensed medicines, and the criminal organizations behind them. Enable G2 to become the most respected brand in fighting against fraud, counterfeiting, and intellectual property theft.
